SAUCE CREATION
At Kettle & Foods Kitchen amazing sauces are created daily using traditional sauce making methods. Using high quality, natural ingredients, the flavours of each sauce are layered by sautéing onion, garlic and ginger to caramelize the essential sugars. Slowly increasing the temperature of the sauces allows the natural flavours and spices to marry creating an amazing sauce product each and every time. Our facility follows HAACP protocol for food safety with all production staff trained in specific food handling techniques to ensure a safe product is produced.
